Last night was our monthly Wine & Design, the theme this month Spring! I was too busy all week with Chris out of town and preparing for a yard sale at Emmy’s school that was cancelled due to weather anyhow to come up with anything great, and had to work with what I had on hand. But I still had fun! And pardon my photo quality, but these were taken after a couple glasses of wine. Hey, it’s Wine & Design, not Design & Wine!
Tracy worked on this gorgeous blanket for her daughter’s room.
Sarah was also working on a blanket for a baby. It’s beautiful green, and ruffly!
I made a bunting with white burlap, twine, and chalkboard fabric. I spelled out “bloom” to make it springy!
Jasmine made a cute little bunny out of a wooden spoon. How clever!
And also made this beautiful picture.
Andi made this awesome bunting out of vintage spring fabrics.
Another banner I worked on this week with the team mom from our t-ball team was our “Padres” banner for opening day, which was this morning, which was cold and damp, but we had fun anyhow! I am coaching Sawyer’s team again this year with my friend Wes. His wife is the team mom, and we made a banner out of felt that looked like penants, or a bunting. There is a banner contest this year, so fingers crossed! We also made the kids individual penants with their names on them. And pardon this picture- my husband doesn’t know how to use my camera. 🙂
