Happy Saturday! It is a rainy gray day here…. We had our community yard sale this morning. Our stuff got wet and we made a whopping $47 dollars. Emmy’s school has one in June, so better luck then! After that it was off to T-ball, where we played a game in the rain which I thought was kind of fun! Then it was lunch and off to pick up this dresser which I’ve already started!
So though today is rainy, we started the weekend off right with Wine & Design last night. The theme was May flowers.
My mom left early, so I didn’t get a picture of her project. She enlisted the help of two wee ones from our house and had them paint stepping stones for her garden.
I worked on some vintage fabric buntings to take with me to Lucketts next weekend.
Jen worked on embroidering some napkins for her etsy shop.
Tracy crocheted some adorable flowers that she is going to glue to a frame. I love that idea!!! Emmy has a couple headbands Tracy made with similar flowers and they are adorable!
Sarah was working on a crocheted baby blanket. If you recognize this from the last Wine & Design, you are correct… but Sarah’s dog got ahold of it and she had to start over.
Renee worked on painting a vintage box to store remote controls… clever!
Andi worked on some adorable rings made from vintage jewelry. And the best part, I will be taking them to Lucketts with me to sell for her! I painted this little stand I found at Goodwill to display them in the Primitive & Proper booth.
Aren’t they so pretty? I got to keep one… it’s a beautiful seafoam color!
I love this sideboard from Rambling of an Ophelia. It’s such a fun piece!
And I am sure it is part the spin instructor in me that loves this table from Junk Vagabond! I love the colors, and love the lettering and bike!
This dresser from Before Meets After is so lovely. I love the contrast of the dark wood top and the blue body.
And these nightstands! Oh these nightstands! European Paint Finishes has an array of beautiful pieces, but these are my favorites so far. I love the style and color.
And I have to give an honorable mention to Our House of Joyful Noise for the beautiful work on and the touching story behind this dresser.
Alright ladies and gents… enjoy your rockin Saturday night!
