Gray Weathered Table

When my mother in law was visiting a few weeks ago, she brought me some serious thrifting mojo!  I found this table at Goodwill when we went for $10!  I loved the shape of its base.  It needed some tightening up, but it was money well spent.  (I have NO idea what Emmy was doing here, but I am pretty sure that is an ice cream in her hand!)

Do you want to see what I did with it?  Here are a couple quick pics, but you will have to head over to The DIY Club for all the details on how I did it, and for more pictures…

So hop on over and check it out!

This is gorgeous! You are super talented! I’m heading over to read about it right now. I’d like to do this with my dining room table, bc that room is getting a little makeover. Let me know if youn think it’ll work. It already was sanded, then 2 coats of paint and primer paint and then distressed in certain spots. Ttys! Fab job!

Love the rug and such a steal!!! My two cents: move it further under the bed, fold the blue blanket, change bedskirt to something warmer in tone and beef up lamps- the rug feels a tiny bit heavy right now because everything else is so airy…it’s divine though and I know it can work perfectly in there- great find my friend!!

Well Emmy is clearly scoping out the table and planning what she would do with it. One day you’ll find her in the garage with a paint brush in her hand. … Love the weathered look you achieved. And another great deal, you lucky girl!
