Well, you’ve already seen my master bedroom transformation, and I am thrilled with that room.
All that is left to see is my kiddos’ rooms and the hallway. It’s a rather small house, so not such a grand tour, but hopefully you’ve enjoyed it nonetheless!
Here is the hallway that leads to the bedrooms as it was when we moved in….

And here it is now. I found this adorable child’s cupboard which fits perfectly at the end of the hall! I also bought tons of frames from Fragment Freaks on Ebay to make a gallery of family photos.

Sawyer’s room is the last one on the right. Here is what it looked like shortly after we moved in…

And now… Do you think I should leave the dressers as they are or paint them? had thought of painting them red at one point and replacing the knobs with just round wood knobs. I would love to hear your thoughts?

And last on the stop is Emmy’s room, which has gone from babyish nursery to little girl’s room in the last 3 years. Here it is a few years ago…

And here it is now. Can you tell pink is her favorite color?

You NEED to paint the furniture in your boys room because your painted furniture is fantastic! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Love the hall way. It is so pretty and interesting with the chest and gallery of photos. Makes it a fun place to walk down. YOur son’s room look like it’s all boy. I love that. The dressers are fine, but if you want them red, then I say paint them. Your daughters room is so femenine and pretty. Love the soft color pallet. Beautiful home. Hugs, Marty

Paint!Paint!Paint the dressers! LOL. Actually, try painting the closet doors and the door first and see how it makes the room look. I think a nice subtle red would look nice on the furniture. I agree, your painted furniture always turns out nicely.

I love your daughter’s room. So cute.

that piece at the end of the hall is so well suited for that space.

Those bedrooms are both so cute and colourful. They have their own personalities and I bet Sawyer and Emmy love them to bits.
I always like some natural timber in a room though Sawyer’s bed is wooden so you could get away with painting the dressers. A trick I always like is just painting the drawer fronts and leaving the body timber, or vise-versa (and if you decide you don’t like that look you can easily strip the paint back off or go on to paint the whole thing).
I adore your eclectic gallery wall and the hall cabinet with that vintage mirror collection too. Just charming.

I would def. paint the furniture. Your hallway is fabulous! That cabinet really adds a lot of character to the hallway.

I love the little cabinet at the end of the hall – a perfect focal point. And the photo gallery looks great with all the pretty frames. Emmy’s room is so sweet! And absolutely yes, paint the furniture in Sawyer’s room.

The kids’ rooms are so cute. I love Emmy’s pink room! And Sawyer’s room is a lot of fun, too. I have no doubt that if you painted the dressers, they would look ah-ma-zing. But I kind of like the wood look with the other colors in the room. Either way, I don’t think you can go wrong!

Love Emmy’s room. My daughter has the same sweet dreams pillow!! You should definitely paint the dressers in your son’s room red. Your painted furniture is always awesome. Love your cabinet in the hall and the wall of pictures. Great frames! Love & blessings from NC!

It was fun to have a tour of your house, Cassie! You’ve done a beautiful job and there is so much attention to detail. I love all your colors you’ve used. Sawyer and Emmy’s rooms are both adorable! I think Sawyer’s dressers would be really cute painted….you always come up with something fun! Great furniture pieces throughout! I also really like your black and white floor in your bathroom. Lovely home!!
