SnapBox provided me with a framed print and compensated me for this post.  All opinions are my own.

Last week I revealed my new global & coastal inspired master bedroom, and a couple weeks before that I asked for your input on helping me select which beach art I would use in this space.  I wanted a beach art print to bring in some color, but I also wanted the piece of art to be special and meaningful.  I opted to take photos of my own family while we were on vacation this summer and have one printed and framed with Snapbox.  They have several printing options, and a large scale photo like I selected can be printed and framed for under $50!

Large Scale Beach Art Under $50Now, I have to say that when I took the vote, the plan was to paint the DIY shiplap wall white.  The photo that actually one the most votes was one of Emmy writing “Happy” in the sand with Chris and Sawyer in the background.  However, when I saw the turquoise dresser against the wood wall, I knew I wanted to keep it natural, and that altered my plan a bit.  Emmy’s bathing suit was orange, and I didn’t want it to fight with the wall, so I ended up choosing the photo that received the second highest number of votes.  So I am sorry that the winner did not actually get printed, but I hope you understand the circumstances changed a bit. 🙂

Because I was having this photo printed in a large scale which is a 20×30 lustre print photo (awesome photo paper with a great sheen, like a poster), I saved it as the largest possible file that I could to avoid pixelation.  I uploaded it to Snapbox and ordered my print and was pleasantly surprised to have it at my door two days later!

I am thrilled with how the quality of the print turned out.  Those three little lines you can see in the above photo, check out below… Those three little lines are my loves!

Snapbox large scale photo printFor just $41.99 this print actually comes with a great frame, too, in black or white. I selected white to keep it light and bright and let the blue of the art really pop out from the wall.

Snapbox Large Scale Print- Frame

I am so happy with this photo print!  This is now the third time that I have used Snapbox, and I have been thrilled every time.  I always receive great quality prints, and am able to add affordable and meaningful large scale photos to my home.  This particular photo sits directly across from where I lay my head at night, so it’s one of the last things I see before I go to bed.  It’s nice to have this reminder of a wonderful time spent with my family as my last thought for the day.

Thank you so much to snapbox for providing me with this photo print and sponsoring this post.  All opinions and photography are my own.

Looks great Cassie! How would you rate the quality of the frame/glass? I’ve ordered similar items from Shutterfly in the past. I think they look great but they feel a bit flimsy. Any input on this would be great! I’m looking to do something with a photo of the Caribbean water for my mother in law. Thanks!

thank you! i have been really happy with it! the “glass” is plexiglass but it’s very clear and good quality and they do not feel flimsy to me at all.

Very cute! It’s artsy and sentimental. Good combo! Makes me want to nap in your room. Wait, I just want a nap. 😛
