Happy Tuesday! Wow, what a week it has been…. I am back from a quick trip to Vegas to celebrate my 12th wedding anniversary. While Vegas is not exactly my kind of trip, we went because Chris had to go for work this week anyhow (read one ticket covered), and my bestie and her husband could drive for Cali to meet us for a few days. So because I was with people I loved, I had an amazing time and even gambled a teeny bit. Chris and I also took a nice hike at Red Rock Canyon which was beautiful and like nothing I had ever seen in my life. Anyhow, I am back today and wanted to share with you my favorite pillow source, Stuck on Hue, a fabulous etsy shop with beautiful hand made pillows.
I am planning to collect all of the sources for my master bedroom in one post for you, but I received a couple of questions about my green pillow, so wanted to share. I wanted something bold and green to bring that color into my space, and Hollie’s shop had several options. I ended up choosing the Robert Allen Strie Ikat, but it was after much hemming and hawing over all of Hollie’s green options.
These are some of the others that I contemplated for my room.
1. Banana Palm 2. Malachite 3. Emerald Floral Vine
All of these would have been great choices, but in the end I chose the Robert Allen Strie Ikat because it was just one shade of green, and the design was simple and would work well with my existing bedding, while adding the color I wanted.
Hollie has a great collection of handmade eclectic pillows. Here are some of my other favorites, outside of the greens I was perusing.
1. Rebecca Atwood Blurred Stripe 2. Orangerie Rose 3. Leopard 4.Gold Metallic Faux Snakeskin 5.Kelly Wearstler Channels 6. Coral Velvet
Hollie’s pillows were recently featured in the Blogger Stylin’ Home Tours Fall edition tours at both Bliss at Home and Cuckoo4Design! (My BSHT tour is coming Friday. If you want to start at the beginning, head on over to The White Buffalo Styling Co).
Kristin from Bliss at Home mixed leopard with Hollie’s blush linen pillows and the combination is both soft and edgy. (Pin from original source).
Julia at Cuckoo4Design has Hollie’s leopard pillows in her neutral Fall mix paired with black and white, and also in her stunning master bedroom. (Pin from original source).
Head on over to Hollie’s shop to see her gorgeous and diverse array of handmade pillows. I am already scheming how I can use that stunning blurred stripe pillow….. It’s perfect for my living room!
Thank you so much to Stuck on Hue for providing me with the Ikat pillow for my master bedroom. I was not compensated for this post and all opinions are my own.
