A couple weeks ago, I shared a really cool quiz with you that would help you when choosing paint colors for your home. Today I want to tell you about another awesome and very handy tool!
My Image Inspiration is an online tool that allows you to upload your own photo, and then it creates a color palette for you based on your photo. I have been busy working on Emmy’s room, and next up is Sawyer’s room so I tried it out using a photo of his bedding and pillows. I have some ideas and plans for his room, but I have yet to nail down paint colors, so this tool was a big help! Here is a glimpse of my trial:
I clocked on the Seal Grey, and then was given the palette to the right, which is perfect because I am in need of a paler gray as well as a darker gray for my plan.
This tool is fabulous because you can pull inspiration from anything you see that you like. You just have to have a picture of it… it could be fabric, bedding, a rug, or it could be a vacation photo even that just catches your eye due to its colors.
I definitely recommend trying this tool out to help you choose the color palette for your next project!
