My Top 10 Home Decor Projects of 2011!

December 28, 2011 by Cassie 43 Comments

PinterestFacebookTwitter

I just shared with you my furniture round up in my previous post.  Now time for a round up of my favorite home decor projects of 2010!  They are in no particular order, but I have them separated by new and old house since we moved out of the old house in August and into the new one in October (and in with my parents in between!)

Here are some from the old house….

Bright Yellow Front Door
Pin

Emmy’s Room (which is by the way SO different from what you will soon see in 2012 of her new room!)
Pin

Blue Danube Bathroom
Pin

Family Room/Craft Nook Reveal
Pin

Stenciled Wall
Pin

And from the new house….
Painted Mantle
Pin

The Guest Room
Pin

Styling the Newly Painted Bookcases
Pin

Stripes in the Dining Room
Pin
Nature’s Decoration: October Snow!  I loved seeing the new house covered in snow!  I had always dreamed of owning a Cape Cod style home- so charming!

Pin

And there are my top 10 home decor projects of 2011!  Can you see a difference between house 1 and house 2 with style?  I don’t know about you but my own decorating style seems to be constantly evolving and changing.  But then again, I am only human, and I, too, am constantly changing and evolving.  Looking forward to continuing to grow and evolve in 2012!

Oh I sure know about evolving style. Your home looks lovely and I especially like the living room in your new home with the sofas facing each other and the colours. That was a lot of snow for October. We had snow and ice the past couple of days. Looking forward to seeing more of your new home in 2012.
