Happy Wednesday! Last week in my Christmas home tour, you all got a peek at some new lamps in our master bedroom.
We’ve had some Ikea lamps on our bedside tables for the past few years and they have done the job, but I was always on the lookout for something a bit more stylish. I was so excited when Kenroy Home offered to provide me with new lamps for our bedroom. I decided to go with the Sesame table lamp, which was the perfect size and I loved the round shape to offset the rather square nightstands they would sit on. I also loved that they brought the color that sits on all other walls over to that wall with their organic teal and brown combination.
I love their modern shape and their earthy tones and warmth. Here you can see that they bring in the colors of the map on the adjacent wall.
These lamps add just the right color and shape to my space- I couldn’t be happier!
As much as I love an eclectic look, I also love symmetry, and I think it’s possible to achieve both.
Our bedroom has color as well as warm wood tones, and the brown in the lamps picks up nicely on those.
I just love the finish on these lamp bases- no two will be exactly the same and I love that! This is the lamp that sits on my side of the bed.
And this is the lamp that sits on Chris’ side.
Aren’t they gorgeous! Kenroy Home has so many great choices, which left me uncertain. Actually, we’d lived with the Ikea lamps for so long because I just couldn’t seem to pull the trigger on anything…. nothing was quite right. But I am so glad I found the Sesame table lamps from Kenroy, because they are just right!
Kenroy Home provided me with two lamps; I was not otherwise compensated for this post. All opinions are my own.
