Pardon Me While I Get Used to My New Toy

So I know I promised you guys a new post yesterday with a little project, but instead I took some oof my Lucketts earnings and went to the Apple store last night and came home with this….

Pin

That would be my new MacBook Pro that I am using right now!  And the best part is currently there is a promo going on for a $100 rebate on a $100 wireless printer.  Since we had no printer (insert embarrassed face!) I went for it.  A no brainer, really, because it works out to be a free printer.

Anyhow, I am busy getting used to this new toy.  I will have to use the old guy to get my POWW up tonight, since all my pictures are still over there.  But for $99 I bought the one to one service which also includes the people at the store transferring all my files from the old guy to the Mac.  Basically for $99 I am avoiding an argument with Chris if we tried to do it ourselves!  Worth it, huh?

Anyhow, I will get the fun little project up in the next few days.  For now, I need to adjust to this new computer!  Happy Tuesday!

You will love your new Mac! My husband worked for Apple for five years, so we are an “Apple” family! Ever wonder why our dog was named Macintosh? If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail us!

Cassie we truly are in the same boat, I was just at the Apple store yesterday and was debating between the plain MacBook and the Pro, so tired of viruses and the like on my Dell. Please tell me the Pro is worth the $. I was in shock to see your post, it’s like we have esp. Now to convince hubby of the Pro.

How fun! Hope you love your new toys! I got a Macbook in 2007, but only lasted until 2009 and went back to a PC. It’s just what I’m more used to… What a fun deal, though! Have fun!?
