It’s officially the weekend! Any big plans? I am hoping to crack open the paint on our One Room Challenge project… let’s hope it goes well because it involves moving a lot of junk that’s in the way first. Please tell me you relate. Anyhow, I’ve got some fun links to inspire you and give you that cozy fall feeling with this week’s Seen, Heard And Tasted. Please pin from original source.
Seen: There was a lot to love about this funky and eclectic home tour spotted on Apartment Therapy. This vignette was my favorite from the whole thing and reminded me a bit of my friend Leigh‘s awesome style.
Heard: In the fall I can’t help but be drawn to more introspective and slightly melancholy music… I just want gray skies and falling leaves, a burning pumpkin candle (If I had a smell category, I would recommend this candle that I’ve already burned through!), hot coffee in my mug, and slightly depressing music. Am I alone here? I heard this medley of Adele songs covered my Chris Mann and Nick Pitera the other day, and loved it…. just when I was getting really sick of that album, now I want to play it over and over again.
Tasted: Emmy and I made these healthier pumpkin banana muffins last week but replaced the coconut sugar with turbinado sugar (because that’s what we had!) and added chocolate chips. They’re a delicious fall breakfast staple around here now. Sawyer ate one the first day and loved it…. but after that he said he tasted too much banana. That kid does not like bananas… never has!
Hope you have a fantastic weekend!
