Some Sweet Clover Announcements

Happy Wednesday!  Today I have a “free” day, as much as they are free right now.  I am headed to the gym to take a Body Step class I love, and then plan to clean the house, trim some trees, weed, basically take care of the things on my to do list that are currently being neglected.  My time lately has been dedicated to the kids activities/end of school year programs, painting, and getting ready for our first barn sale this month at the newly named Sweet Clover barn.  If you follow Sweet Clover on facebook, then these announcements won’t be so new to you.

First of all, I want to introduce one of our new vendors, Repurposed and Refined!  They also happen to be bringing back the Annie Sloan Chalk Paint and Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint!  We will have an entire DIY area set up for those of you who like to create your own masterpieces.

The girls at Repurposed and Refined have their own warehouse full of amazing vintage finds (located in Hagerstown, MD) and also offer a monthly sale the same weekends as ours!  Check out some of their photos from their past sales and like them on facebook for current updates.

Their sale is totally worth visiting while you are visiting ours!

Speaking of their sale, Denise and Bobbi invited Sarah and I to be guest vendors for the month of June at their sale!  Sarah and I worked Monday to set up a vintage inspired boys room.  Here are some horrible cell phone pictures of our vignette!

Again, I apologize for the poor phone pictures, but it was rather dark and I didn’t bring my good camera!

OK, are you ready for one more announcement?!?!  What’s that?  You are!  Well, I know I mentioned that we are working on gathering local artisans to sell their handmade wares at the barn.  I am happy to announce that Black Sparrow Soaps will be joining us!  I discovered Lori’s amazing soap, lotion, bath bomb/bubble line at my local farmer’s market and started chatting with her about the barn.  She thought I looked familiar, and we put two and two together.  Her daughter had played soccer last Spring and basketball this past Winter with Sawyer!!!!  She is a Myersville mom like me, so I am thrilled to have her products at the barn!  They smell AMAZING!  I have a lavender soap bar and when I use it I just keep smelling it- so relaxing!  She has so many wonderful natural scents.  You can see more at her website, Black Sparrow Soaps.  If you are not local, you can also contact her through her website to place orders.  I just love Lori’s product and am so thrilled to have her as one of our local artisans!

We are thrilled so far with how things are coming together for Sweet Clover and will keep you updated on our facebook page with more announcements soon!

This is very exciting. I am just over the line in VA and I would love to come to your sale! I am a bit like you, I love to mix a little of vintage in here and there. Best of luck getting your sale together!

    Hi,

Sweet clover is used to treat venous insufficiency, elephantiasis, hemorrhoids and digestive disorders. It increases the blood flow in the veins. Sweet clover is also used to treat minor sleeping problems. Thanks.
