A Special Sweet-N-Low Gift

I wanted to share with you all a very special gift I received from a very special friend.  Many of you know who Andi is by now.  Aside from being my friend, she is also super talented, super creative, and super sweet!  For my birthday, she did something so special.  And I can’t wait to take it to our next house and design an entire room around it!!!!  Andi recreated a cool Sweet-n-Low advertisement she found that featured an owl, and painted it on a canvas in colors that are more me. (The ad was all pinks!).  Here is her version in blues with hints of gold!

I am thinking our guest room is going to be white with a navy accent wall and some pops of gold!!!

And here is what our house is looking like at this moment….

Boxes and papers everywhere!  And the balloon is courtesy of one of the gyms I left here…. They gave me the balloon and a bottle of wine…. they know the way to my heart! 🙂  We continue packing all week and are out of here this weekend!  WOW!

i can’t help but giggle every time you blog about me because I always think of our joke of how people must be sick about hearing about how much we love each other 🙂 But anyway…I’m glad you love it as much as I do. I love giving personalized, handmade gifts to people I care about.

You certainly are loved Cassie 🙂 I will just sit here and watch you make this move look easy – refinishing furniture, blogging, and having parties while your stuff is in boxes. You are the woman.

That is so adorable and *thoughtful*! What a sweet friend! Moving is so hard, I’m pretty sure it makes me grumpy for *weeks*! Hopefully it’s going quick and painlessly! (c:

Wow! Andi did a great job! I walked by hot topic at Arundel Mills today and they had an owl backpack. Chris probably already got it for you, but it made me think of you.
