Sweet Clover September Sale this Weekend

Hope you guys all had a great weekend!  It was a long one here, with school out yesterday.  My kids and Sarah’s kids got to spend their say off at Sweet Clover while Sarah and I worked to get ready for our September sale this weekend.  I’ll be in Vegas later this week, so I thought I would go ahead and share some glimpses of our sale and some of the great new pieces that have come in.

This is our favorite vignette that we set up this month… We went very simple for Fall, bringing in blacks and browns, vintage arrows, and some dried florals here and there.  I painted this dresser last week, and Emmy painted that side table on top of it.  I found the table for her and brought it home to the squeals of “My first table!  My first table!”  She was so excited to paint a piece of furniture, and she did a great job with it!

We also created a rustic Fall cabin look in the front of Sweet Clover… a vintage bed paired with old green shutters, deer paint my numbers, and reds and blues.IMG_6164

Salvaged brought in this stunning desk- look at those legs!IMG_6400

Restyled Treasures brought in this fab black and copper desk- it’s a classic!IMG_6393

This cabinet from Restyled Treasures turned out beautifully- love the paper in the back paired with the amber glassware.IMG_6382

Random Notion brought in some of these fun faux taxidermy deer…. and the pearls just really add a soft feminine touch, don’t you think?IMG_6404

I brought in this pair of squirrel salt & pepper shakers for the season.  IMG_6410

Sarah painted this beautiful dresser in General Finishes Somerset Gold- I love that color!  It’s such a great golden yellow.IMG_6416

This piece used to be a radio cabinet, but it had seen better days and now serves as a great side table!  Emmy painted the jewelry box in red, too.  I helped her with the distressing on it with my electric sander because the paint just wasn’t budging too well!IMG_6425

I am in love with these chippendale chairs and bamboo side table that All About Vignettes has for this weekend!IMG_6438

She also brought in this fabulous bohemian vanity…. If I had a space for it I would take it home!IMG_6446

The Shabby Chic Girl always knows how to bring in the perfect rustic seasonal touches!
IMG_6451

We are welcoming a new vendor to our team, Antica Market.  She was just starting to set up but I snapped a picture of this riding helmet- love the equestrian vibe she is bringing!IMG_6453

Reclaimed has done a fabulous job bringing in Fall touches- I love this little vignette they’ve styled.IMG_6464

OK, and so many of you love my navy velvet vintage sofa… well how about a blush colored vintage sofa?  SWOON, right?!?! I love it!  Distressed Vintage Furniture Co just brought it in last night when I was snapping photos.IMG_6497

We’ve also got this fabulous recovered settee that Cloher Collections brought in- check out that nail head trim!

And that is only a teensy glimpse of what Sweet Clover will have for this weekend!  Hope if you are local you can make it out to see us!  There are a ton more photos in our facebook album, and I will be adding more later this week.  It’s going to be a gorgeous weekend, perfect for vintage shopping!  (Really, every weekend is perfect for vintage shopping if you ask me.)

How fun looking at all those pictures! I LOVE the Somerset Gold dresser… and I’m not generally a fan of yellow. I have only painted something yellow a few times. I think I should do it again soon….
