Happy Thursday! It’s time for another Thrift Score Thursday- whoop whoop!

thrift score thursday10

If you aren’t sure what I am talking about, here are the details:

We want you to participate! Hit up your local thrift stores, craigslist, yard sales, estate sales, side of the road, anything! Thrifty doesn’t necessarily mean from a thrift store. We want to see your good deals, wacky finds and treasures.

Don’t feel like you need to save those finds for Thursdays! Yes, features are shared on our blogs and Instagram on Thursdays, but we’re all checking in on (and using!) the hashtag all week long. So, when you see/find it, feel free to share it!

Each week, Trisha from Black and White Obsession, Cassie from Primitive and ProperCorinna from For My Love Of, Brynne from The Gathered Home and a weekly guest co-host will pick a favorite thrift score or two to feature! So please note that by linking up with#thriftscorethursday, you are giving us permission to share your finds via social media or on our blogs. FYI, Trisha is taking this week off for work reasons, but you can find all of her past TSTs here.

This week our special guest host is Ashley of Bigger than the Three of Us!  So excited to have Ashley- if you haven’t visited her before, be sure to today!  You will love her!

Alright, time for me to share my favorite finds from you guys for the week.

I am in love with all of these fun animal finds from Flea Market Fab!   I mean we are talking unicorns, brass elephants and wood carved camels here, people!

Jennifer is actually one of my favorite people to follow on instagram.  Not only does she find awesome things, but she has amazing style and is full of inspiration.  Check her out here!

Another amazing find comes from Modem Junky.  Check out this collection of starburst clocks that recently grew!  I love these so much.

You can find more from Melissa here.

And now on to my find!  With Sweet Clover sales being every two weeks in this busy season, I’ve been mostly hunting for the shop.   We always look for great upholstered pieces and they seem to be the hardest to come by.  When I found this red velvet vintage sofa, I knew it was exactly what we needed to set a cozy Christmas vibe in the barn.   Here it is styled and ready for our sale which starts tomorrow!

Just check out the details on the arms and legs- I love it!nov12

I was lucky to find this piece- it was a hike, but it was only two minutes from Sawyer’s soccer tournament a couple weeks ago, so I picked it up after the games.  It was a little long for my car, and you should have seen Sarah and I getting it through the door of the barn…. but it was worth it!  It looks SO festive!

Now be sure to check out what my cohosts have featured and found this week!

If you are interested in guest hosting in the new year (can you believe it’s coming already!) please email me at [email protected] .  We’d love to have you and we are a friendly crew.  Until you try to steal my brass animals.  Then my teeth show.  My brass teeth.

We will be taking next week off to celebrate Thanksgiving with those we love, so we’ll see you in two weeks with more finds and features.  Until then, happy hunting, Sebastian!

That red velvet sofa is perfection! I don’t decorate with much red, but I think I’d make an exception if I found that and totally keep it for myself! A seasonal sofa is a thing, right? 😉 Like I could store it in the garage and pull it out for Christmas? I think we should totally make that a thing!

Oh my goodness that red velvet is such a great piece to kick off the holiday season. I’m digging how casual everything else looks in comparrison.

Looks like I missed a TON of schancy finds this week. Those chained camels, they’re fun as-is but would also be fun with a dash of gold glittered legs, no?

That sofa is just beyond awesome!! I love the red for Christmas, but I could also really picture it in a snazzy fabric. Like faux black horsehair, my current favorite 🙂
