Happy #thirftscorethursday !

thrift score thursday10PinIt’s time for Thrift Score Thursday! I just love this day each week… it’s inspiring to see what you’ve found and what you’ve done with it!

New here?  Let me explain!

We want you to participate! Hit up your local thrift stores, craigslist, yard sales, estate sales, side of the road, anything! Thrifty doesn’t necessarily mean from a thrift store. We want to see your good deals, wacky finds and treasures.

Don’t feel like you need to save those finds for Thursdays! Yes, features are shared on our blogs and Instagram on Thursdays, but we’re all checking in on (and using!) the hashtag all week long. So, when you see/find it, feel free to share it!

Each week, Trisha from Black and White Obsession, Cassie from Primitive and Proper, Corinna from For My Love Of, Brynne from The Gathered Home and a weekly guest co-host will pick a favorite thrift score or two to feature! So please note that by linking up with#thriftscorethursday, you are giving us permission to share your finds via social media or on our blogs.

This week we have Jess from Domicile 37 back as guest host!  I just love this girl and her awesome eclectic style.

I am pretty excited about my recent finds. As you may have seen last week, we’ve been revamping our bedroom a bit, and part of that makeover is to bring in more plant life, and of course I need attractive pieces to set my plants on.  Well I was super excited when I stumbled upon this blue and white porcelain plant pedestal at a yard sale last weekend for $1.  And the week before I had purchased the plant on top at a yard sale for $1!  I’ve been on the hunt for plants at yard sales because often times people are moving, and it’s a great place to score great plants.

Here’s a little sneak peek of a project I hope to share soon, too…

Blue and White porcelain plant pedestalPinAnd now check out some awesome features…

Dee, aka A Geek for Chic, found these awesome pictures that were all mounted together on a piece of plywood at a thrift shop that was closing.  I absolutely love the statement they make behind the bed!

Next up, this mirror… oh my!  I am on the lookout for a tabletop mirror (to go in my sneak peek space from above) and this lucite model is amazing.  Great find from Avery of Hou and Me!tstavery_hungrycaterpillarPin

You can find Avery on instagram here.

Next up, I always love seeing what Oscar Bravo Home is up to.  And I also always love a good seascape…. so combine the two, Oscar’s styling skills with a thrifted seascape, and it’s magical!tstoscarbravoPin

You can find Oscar on instagram here.

And finally, check out this boho rattan chair and black garden stool from Angie of The Decor Adobe.  I always love Angie’s finds and style.tstthe_decor_adobePinYou can find Angie on instagram here.

Now make sure to visit my cohosts to see their finds and features as well!

It’s funny—y’all have a similar aesthetic…lots of duplication in choices! I guess when you’re an under-40 boho (no, I did not say ‘ho), you gravitate toward the same things!

Get out of town! I cannot believe someone would let that blue and white beauty go for $1. Their loss, your happy dance gain!

I can’t believe the $1 price tag!!! Such scores! When I was falling asleep the other night I had a revelation (yes, really) that I needed to add some blue and white ceramics to our room, so now I’m on the prowl for the perfect pieces!
