This is not a cooking blog and I am by no means a chef. But I really like to cook soup in the winter. Last week, I was really cold and I wanted soup… I looked around to see what I had on hand, and created this whole 30/paleo friendly ginger sweet potato soup recipe, and it was delicious! So I wanted to pass it on!

All in all, this soup took just around 30 minutes to make.  The longest part is simply waiting for the potatoes to cook.  I painted a dresser while I waited.

Anyhow, I will keep this post short, and leave you with the recipe.  I know that, unfortunately, we still have a bit more “soup weather” in store….. so may as well enjoy a tasty new recipe!

Enjoy!  Have a great Monday!

Sounds so delicious, we tend to make the homemade kind that are high in calorie, so it would be a nice change of pace to try something on the healthier side…. we’ve got to get in shape for spring now!
